"I recommend this story to those who have had a Pacemaker implant! But also to those who are about to make a decision and are not pacemaker seekers."

Me and WIWE Personal History. I recommend this story to those who have had a Pacemaker implant! But also for those who are facing a decision and not pacemaker seekers. My heart rate is 40 bpm, resp. it fell below that. I felt good, satisfactory. Unconsciousness, etc. It was not. This lasted for a tight week. Before that, I went to cardiology treatments, but neither the examination nor the ECG showed clear signs of the above. (That’s what my cardiologist said!) I said in vain that I have a strong heartbeat and arrhythmia, the doctor didn’t take that into account! I couldn't prove it. If I had a WIWE device then! I could have proven my symptoms. Then emergency care, Pacemaker implantation took place, the device was two-wire, the sensor in the right atrium, the transmitter in the right ventricle. Transmitter: Fixed in the septal part of the right ventricle. (Septalis = belonging to septum: septum = hedge, partition wall.) Receiver: Fixed in atrial ear. (I only describe this because the rest are true for this case!) After the implantation, the heartbeat, the arrhythmia came out, though the pacemaker calmed it down, but I felt it because I already knew the feeling. I had to look for a solution: and it seemed the WIWE device would be the solution! What was I waiting for the solution? - I can see the ECG signal (I am not a doctor and I cannot interpret the signals.) So I needed a device that evaluates the information. It is also true, it is not a substitute for a doctor. - records the momentary arrhythmia, strong heartbeat. I can prove it. - Interpret signals, give a solution, inform me about my condition! - Provide information about the condition of my heart (overwork), myocardium. But there are other (expert) opinions: - “For users with a pacemaker, if ventricular pacing occurs (see my case above), the electrical impulse propagating through the ventricles travels a different path from the normal (no pacemaker) condition. As a result, the ventricular activation wave (QRS complex) of the ECG can change significantly in terms of both waveform and signal level. Because each heartbeat is identified based on the QRS complex during automatic ECG processing, the WIWE ECG processing software may not be able to evaluate pacemaker recording, for example, due to a large decrease in signal level. All connections are fast and accurate. -Pacemaker implantation did not fundamentally affect the operation of WIWE, its evaluation program, supplemented by the following: - the Pacemaker mark is not visible on the ECG or: -The QRS complex has changed significantly! This is true. It became a mirror image. Instead of the QRS complex, qRs became a complex. The signs have changed. -the PQ range has not changed! This is extremely important! -the QRS range became an average of 155-165 ms instead of 60-100 (120) ms! This large change is due to the ventricular signaling of the Pacemaker. It does not affect my health. -a QTc range did not change or remained between the normal 350-430 (450) ms. This is extremely important! -I can't take measurements in the longer lying position (I rested a lot) because the signal is small for the device to work. It says that: the contact is not good. -otherly, this happens in 30-40% of cases. (There may be other reasons: eg dry fingertip, switching to big finger, etc., possibly bad touch, displacement. -Evaluation of HRV (natural heart rate fluctuation, which indicates fitness) cannot be performed in 60% of cases. This can also happen to other healthy people. -The ECG chart is very detailed, recording every small change. Excellent 4x magnification. -The free application downloaded to your smart phone provides detailed and excellent information. -Arrhythmic examination is perfect, lifelike. -the ventricular repolarization heterogeneity information means a lot to me. Overwork can be detected. Warn, it will be good to take care! I really needed it. so far, his battery has performed well. -the measurement of heart rate and oxygen level: disturbing during ECG measurement, the appearance of large numbers, only those reported in the result should be monitored. What is the purpose of my writing ?: -not to influence my peers with a pacemaker, but to help them make a decision, to provide information on whether the WIWE device is suitable for protecting their health and what the WIWE device provides. My expectations were brought by the WIWE device, I can describe after a week: as an individual with a pacemaker, I am satisfied with the WIWE device! I recommend it to my Companions (and others) as well. Tibor Mészáros
